Molina Otte '17 Recruiting Profile

My hope by being able to run in college is that I will grow more as a person, learn how to work better with diverse people and to balance all the things going on in my life.  Running in college would also give me a team that would be like my second family, and I would love to know they had my back, as I would have theirs.  One thing that makes me stand out in my high school team is that I am always positive and can push myself and my teammates to be the best that we can be. I work hard to become the best that I can be, sometimes it is not easy, but I am always determined to accomplish whatever I have planned for myself. I am very proud of how far I have come in this XC season by already dropping a minute in my 5k time.  I hope to drop at least  30 seconds or more by the end of this season. As far as my academic goals go, I hope to one day go into the medical field. I am still not sure what exactly I would like to do, but as of right now, I hope to be a physical therapist or go into sports medicine.
