Personal Statement

My goals between college sports and academics is to excel and go beyond expectations. I enjoy throwing the shot put and discus, and I have chosen to focus mainly on those two events. I would love to participate on a college team and I am determined to become a better athlete in all aspects of the word. I have a very competitive mind set when it comes to throwing, and I love to compete. I also strive academically to maintain a 3.4 GPA or higher. I am involved in National Honors Society and Student Council in order to be viewed as a leader in my school and community.
