Hello! My name is Kimberly May Parsell, I am 17 years old and going into my last year of high school. I love track and field and cross country! The past three years I have been in the more distance types of events in track. I have a great coach who pushed me and helped me to place 3rd at Class B State in Montana in the 800m. After the meet was over and over the summer my coach has been talking to me about focusing on the 400m and 800m. I'm training currently, doing a lot of running, intervals, and weight lifting. The coming season I am expecting big chunks to be taken off of my current PR's. My dream is to run on a college team. I am a good candidate for your team in many ways. I am a positive person that cheers for my teammates and that always gives 110% in practice and in games or meets. I love meeting new people and I make friends easily, and tend to be more on the goofy side of life! I always work hard in school to keep my grades up. I do a lot of community service and am well known in my little, but lovable, hometown of Shelby, MT. I'm different because I have the heart, determination, and the ability to better myself every day. Thanks for reading more about me and considering me as a member of your team!
