- We got All-Conference (1st Place) in the 4x200 and 4x400. We broke the conference record in the 4x400 and also broke the school record again in the 4x200. I also got a PR in the 400 in the open and in my relay split. I run the first leg of the 4x400 and the second leg for 4x200.
Training
- Raiders Express
- 2 years
- Raiders Express is a eight week long workout session in the summer for 3-4 days a week. I workout in the weight room with different types circuits and routines we are suppose to do for about an hour, then a session of abs, and also wrap up with a different type of running workout. The running part is consist of a workouts for helping with speed training. We do types of sprints on the track, hills, bungies, stairs, and parachutes etc.
