This season I would say I improved so much more than years before. I'd say that something different about me then other athletes. My goals are always to improve and to push myself to get better. A goal for me of course would to be drop time. I take my training above and beyond. With every workout pushing myself 110%, and doing stuff on our off days. I am a team player and willing to push others and help them the best I can. On my team I am the team leader/captain. All throughout high school I participated in three sports, including Cross Country, Basketball, and Track. With that I was willing to keep my GPA up and still do all three sports. The difference between me and some athletes is that I love this sport. Even just practice I look forward to getting things done. I want this sport to continue past High School more than anything because I couldn't imagine not doing it. My coach always says how he never knows what to do with me because he can put me in so many things. I'd say that helps since I sprint and jump and they go hand in hand. Another thing is I would never give up, no matter how tough something happens to be I will still push through it. I always do my best to stay positive and supportive through everything. I decided after my junior year season I wasn't where I wanted to be at and needed to continue. So I found the current club team i'm on now. I worked all summer and actually got to my goal of breaking 26. I am still training with that coach and will continue through the fall and winter.
