My name is Arielle Hitch. I'm a focused, dedicated, hard working hurdler. I have a strong passion for taking running to the next level.
I have been hurdling since 7th grade and I knew then that I would want to continue. I earned my letter my freshman year at Clinton High School in 2014. Since then I have received MVS (most valuable sprinter) every year and 100 m. Hurdles State Qualifier Awards. I have dedicated so much of my time towards track thinking I would not make it as far as I have and it has impacted my life greatly. Hurdling is a very strong passion of mine and I want to pursue my dream of hurdling at the college level. Track has made me stronger, physically and mentally. It has taught me countless life lessons like without failure, there is no room for improvement. Also it has taught me that, winning a race is not always guaranteed, but can be achieved through hard work.
