I'm a junior at Attleboro High School as of this year. I have been competing at the varsity level since freshman year of high school. Attleboro High School has a small track team so my coaches expect me to compete in sometimes 3 events every single meet, personally I really only want to compete in high jump but if my team needs me I will almost do anything for them. I am committed to my track team but also to my academics. I know that there is a very slim chance for me to make a career out of high jumping which is why I also put a lot of focus on my academics. What separates me from other candidates for your teams is my dedication and pure love of the sport. I don't high jump for anyone else but myself, it is something that makes me happy and when I high jump I don't think of anything else going on in my life but jumping. I work all year wrong to better myself in high jump but I'm just as dedicated to my studies because I know that in order to have a bright future I need to have a good education. I enjoyed being challenged in academics and athletics and I feel that I am a very well rounded person.
