Personal Statement
I have been a student athlete since middle school. I can't imagine my life without sports! I have played every sport that has the word ball connected to the end. Staying active and maintaining my academic performances over the years has not been easy. While I was and still am striving to become a better skilled athlete, I have run into some challenges. Challeges such as missing class for games, and never being able to catch up with a teacher because they are too busy. I have learned that communication is key when you play sports. With years of experience I have alsolearned to over come these challenges by simply managing time.
I enjoy the fact that as I get older the competition in all sports becomes more intense. I for one, started playing sports just for fun and as time went on I started to build a love for the sports, especially Track and Field. The fun that became love makes me desire to compete at the next level.
Moving on to the next level in the sport of track and field I would like to set e following records:

Academic Accomplishments
Are you in honor classes?
Yes. This year I am enrolled in Honors Anatomy and Physiology. I have taken all of my core science classes and would like to expand my knowledge in this field. This course will challenge my mind intellectually and teach me above my knowledge of the human body through several labs and hands on experiments.Are you in AP/IB classes?
Yes. I am enrolled in AP Psychology to get a feel of what I am going to be studying in college. I also would like to go more in depth with this social science and learn more than I did in the introductory course.Awards and Activities
