Cinthia WIlliams '12 Recruiting Profile

As an athlete, I am 5'2" and I weigh about 105 lbs. I have a lot of muscle considering my size. My PR is 21:14 in cross country but will definitely improve. In Track/Field I sprint the 100M(at least 14sec or below), 200M(28 sec), and 4X100M. I also pole vault and enjoy it very much. Last year was my first year attempting. My PR for this event is 8ft. so far. In cheerleading I provide leadership and talent such as tumbling and jumping. My most important accomplishments for cross country would be qualifying for state, breaking the junior record, receiving the outstanding athlete award, and being a varsity athlete. My most important accomplishments for cheerleading have been, getting the NCAA cheerleading award, Best jumps award, Best motions award, spirit award, and an overall talent award for jumps, tumbling, motions, and spirit. I have been a captain and am on the varsity level. In all of my sports, I have earned six varsity letters and they are still coming! I can offer any team hardwork "I always do what a coach asks but more", determination "When im on that XC course, I know that at a certain point it couldn't possibly hurt worse, but i keep pushing through with that same determined mind and face. I never show im in pain. I know what I have to do to get across that finishline successfully", leadership "I have been a team captain and know how to keep everyone motivated", talent "I can sprint, run distance, pole vault, and tumble. Of course i have other talents from dancing and singing.", athleticism "I have many athletic abilities as said and am very fit", positive attitude "I always have that go-get-her personality and keep the peace! I'm not exactly sure where i want to go to college yet. I graduate in November 2011 and want to attend college in January 2012. I don't have a lot of time but I do have some. I haven't ruled out any colleges. I just want to have the opportunity to run Cross Country and be successful wherever I go. I do however, want to attend a college that is medium or big in size. I like big cities. I feel like it will give me a lot more opportunities in life. I am open to any type of divisioned college. I'm not ruling anything out yet. Yes, I will qualify for financial need and will apply for the FAFSA. I have decided to pursue in Pre-medical go in to primary care as a career. It would be a dream to run as a freshman. I need to do what's best for myself. However, whenever my time comes, i do want to make an impact on the team. I will show what i have to offer.
