Allison Garner '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Allison Garner love track. I am 5'2, about 125-130 pds. My Average time in the 100M was a 12.56 and that was my sophomore year. I am very hard-working and love the feeling of working out and getting better. I had a lot of accomplishments my freshmen and sophomore years like winning NIC,Regionals being runner-up Sectionals and qualifying for state two years in a row it would have been a third year but unfortunately my junior year I pulled my hamstring during a race right after I had just qualified for indoor state, after that I took my break and now that I am healed I have been working hard, going strong to improve my time. I am involved in the magnet program at my school and someday i'm looking forward to being a pediatric surgeon. I have volunteered a lot during high school and that's not including the things I have done in middle school. In high school I have volunteered at Saint Joesph Regional Hospital and Memorial Hospital, I have and still do volunteered at Healthwin nursing home every Saturday and I really enjoy it. Where ever I go I want to be able to do track and be in some type of nursing program. I do play volleyball, and run cross country at school to keep in shape when I'm not participating in outdoor/indoor Auu Track or regular season. Things about me that people like are: I'm very coachable, I am goofy, always smiling, very easy to be around, hard working, a big encourager on good sportsmanship. I live in Indiana but I'm almost willing to go as far as I need to, to get where i want to be. I am open to looking at any schools that have the good programs I want to be in.
