I have learned to persevere. Through pain, conflict, drama, boredom, and setbacks I have learned to keep trying. I have been athletic my entire life, having been born with a built in motivator, my older brother. Eighteen years later, Iâ??m still following him around trying to keep up with him as well as competing athletically in gymnastics, dance, and track. I have broken countless bones, sprained or strained countless joints and muscles, and endured endless rounds of physical therapy. I have flipped millions of times, with the goal of absolute perfection. I have danced until the soles of my feet were pitch black. I have run endless miles. I have learned to persist. I couldn't stop if I wanted to. It's a good thing I don't!
