Allison Holland '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Allison Holland and I have always loved sports.  I started out playing tennis and basketball but then shifted to track and volleyball.  I tend to not take life too seriously but in the moment of a competition become focused and very competitive.  I think this keeps the stress about competition down and also keeps it fun.  I also love the arts and enjoying singing and drawing.  I'm very social and enjoy being part of a team.  I want my teammates to excel and always encourage them.  I think that shows leadership and hope it helps them and our team be our best.  I want to be part of a college program that is very competitive but also provides balance for all the other things I want to accomplish in school.  I'm not sure yet what my particular focus will be but feel I have time to figure that out.
