As a student in the International Baccalaureate program, an AP Scholar, and an athlete, I believe I am a well-rounded student. I have ran track for five years, lettered three times, and have been honored as Most Valuable Player twice. Additionally, I have been honored on the Athletic Honor Roll during my sophomore and junior years. I was also awarded to be a part of the First team in the 400 meters and 4by400 meters during my junior season. I qualified for the FHSAA State meet during my Junior season in the 400 meters and 4by400 meters. In addition, I qualified for the FHSAA Region 1 meet during my sophomore year in the 400 meters and 4by400 meters. Outside of athletics, I have an interest in helping others in need. In September of this year, I coordinated and spearheaded a community service project in order to spread Sickle Cell Anemia Awareness in the local community. I am a part of Spanish National Honors Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Student Government Association. Although I am very involved in school activities.Academics is also a huge component of my life. I have a 4.20 weighted GPA and plan on receiving my IB Diploma. Overall, my student life is busy. However, I manage my time wisely and always leave time for God, family, and athletics. My collegiate goals are to receive a higher education, tremendously drop my times, and become a better athlete physically and mentally.
