So I've been on this journey since I was 11 years and I competed in club track. I started out running the 400m and when I reached middle school I was introduced into the 800 and mile. These are now my favorite events. My fastest time in the 400 is 58.04, 800m 2:19 and the 1600m is 5:23, my fastest time in the 5k is also 20:12. By the end of June I hope to be as fast a 2:10 or below in the 800m, 5:00 and below for the mile and 56 in the 400. After college, my time will decrease times two.
This has been an amazing school year so far. I earned honor roll first quarter and I'm on the path to reach that again to end the semester. My plan is to major in Sports Medicine in college and to be a physical therapist once I graduate. I love the idea of supporting athletes when they are injured and motivating them to get back right on their feet.
