Personal Statement
I'm a very raw, and talented athlete. During my junior year of Varsity track, I really found a love for track because I found where I belonged, which is with the hurdles. My work paid off and I was able to place 2nd in the DIAA D1 State Championships and Meet of Champs (all divisions combined) in the 300mh. I also placed 4th at States in the 100mhh and 5th at Meet of Champs. I work very hard on and off the track. I maintain a cumalative gpa of 3.5 and roughly a 3.8 for my core gpa. I'm also very intelligent I challenge myself with all AP and Honors courses in my respective core classes. I don't only challenge myself in the classroom, but on the track. I challenge my opponents and make sure they work hard if they are going to beat me because I defintely work hard. I'm definitely a team player with potential and a passion for the sport of Track & Field. I defintely believe in myself and have confidence that I have what it takes to run Track on a collegiate level.
