In college will bring great opportunities to experience new things and explore running outside of high school, where things come as a challenge and sacrifices are made to better the team and especially individuality. I have many inspirations i look up to such as Carmelita Jeter, Allison Felix, and Sonya Richardson they are beautiful women that execute talent on the track. It was a dream to pursue track outside of high school because I am determined to make it further if possible. I can be a good candidate by showing great leadership, determination, dedication, and hard work. I believe everything earned comes from distributing ability to perform well on given tasks or simply because faith. What makes me different is I am not perfect I have plenty to learn from experts, where they can make myself a better athlete. I show good character to coaches, team mates, and most importantly to myself because good character builds a strong mind-set. I reached many goals made during each season of track and I have many yet to accomplish and I would love to reach them. I never lose focus of the important things because being in a sport can be distractive for others, but I find it a motivation to keep good grades in order to perform well on the track. Academics has always been important to my lifestyle where I believe success comes from 90% of academic achievement. I want to strive for the bigger things because it brings challenge, I was never the type to settle for less. I find this a big opportunity and a once in a lifetime goal and I would be honored to take it and show that I am devoted as much as the coaches and future teammates. Thank you.
