I excel in individualized sports. (For example, I have a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I was the only girl and one of the youngest in my classes.) I am also self motivated. I am the only female track athlete on my high school team who has continued a work out regimen during off season. I also seek outside assistance by attending Arkansas Pole Vault Clinic twice each week (a 2 hour drive from home) as well as completing strength and agility training with Salt County Sports Performance 2 days each week in addition to regular daily school workouts. This past season, I earned my second year letter for track and field. I also qualified for the Arkansas 6 A State Track and Field Championships.
