Hi Coach!
My name is Meghan Neill. I am currently in my senior year at Liberty High School. I have been on the varsity Track team since I was a freshman and have gone to the Arizona State Championships every year of high school!
My high school (and club) track coach believes that my PRs can drastically improve this coming season. My high school has gone through several different coaches over the last three years. Many of my coaches were focused on distance rather than sprints and taught several different running styles, etc. This past season, we were blessed to have a very knowledgeable sprints coach join the team. Coach Fields ran track at Michigan State University and is passionate about coaching. I saw incredible improvement throughout the high school season in my form, starts and times.
I have also been a cheerleader during the last three years of high school, but have decided not to cheer this year. I am devoting my off-season to training for track and preparing to have an amazing senior season with the ultimate goal of moving on to compete at the college level! My career goal is to become an anesthesiologist. I have maintained very good grades throughout high school and currently have a 3.96 GPA while taking honors classes. I have also done well on my ACT (27) and SAT (1800) tests. Some of my greatest assets are that I am determined and extremely goal driven! I would love to discuss the possibility of running track on your team and look forward to speaking with you soon!
Thank you,
Meghan Neill
