Kathryn Malloy '11 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Kathryn (Katie) Malloy. Currently, I am seventeen years old and a Senior at Norwell High School in Norwell, Massachusetts. Norwell High School is a D3 school. I am 5'6 and weigh 115 pounds. I have played tennis for about 9 years now, and have played varsity tennis for my high school all three years that I have attended so far. I plan to play varsity my senior year, as well. Sophomore year, I played second singles and completed the season with a 9-3 record. (win-loss) I am a very driven player who is determined to stay in the game and do my best, no matter the score. I have a very strong mental game which helps me immensely during difficult and important matches. Strategy is a very important part of my game. I am very social and love to spend time with my team. Though I love to be around people, I would prefer to attend a small-medium sized college instead of a large one.I am not sure what I would like to major in yet, but I constantly try to decide.
