I've been swimming competitively for 9 years and began to take a real interest in the sport at the start of my high school career. I believe that there is always room for improvement, so I am focused on being challenged both academically and athletically. I hope to swim for a college with strong programs in biology and possibly neuroscience that also provides a close-knit, friendly, and inspiring working environment. I am very excited to see where this next level of education and training will take me. Along with aspiring to excel at this stage, I would love to be in an enjoyable and stimulating atmosphere of any size that is global in its thinking. Wherever I attend, I plan on being a supportive team member and a contributor of my knowledge and research to the community, which is also my main goal for life after college. Learning is my passion, so I hope to challenge myself to learn as much as I can in the coming years of school.
