Personal Statement
I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a student athletic. My academic and athletic experiences are preparing me to be successful in both the professional and social world. I am achieving these goals because of my teachers and swim coaches (along with my family's love and care), and the many experiences in the classroom and at the pool. Every day, I am honored to have the privilege to learn and grow as a student athlete.

- Each spring, USA Swimming invites 48 athletes from underrepresented populations to participate in a three-day camp program which includes pool training, motivational and education sessions and team-building activities. Selection is based on times swum at USA Swimming sanctioned events.
