From a very early age, I realized that I wanted to be a veterinarian. I believe God has specially gifted me to work with animals and therefore my current goal is to prepare myself academically for entrance into Veterinary School. I have recently realized that I have the ability to continue swimming competitively in college. In the last year, I have achieved my goal of breaking my high school's backstroke record and now I want to do my best to lower it to a place that will make it stand for a number of years. As I have continued to grow physically and spiritually, I have set my sights on being a strong contributor at the college swimming level while excelling academically.
