2012 Highlights P...Personal Statement
Since I was a little girl I have dreamed of working with dolphins, they just infatuate me. I also am all about protecting them and helping do whatever we can do to save our sea animals from the contaminations humans contribute to the planet. I am also very interested in figuring out how we can use dolphins, one of the most intelligent animals on the planet, to work with special need children. I have been exposed to special needs children thru my mother and I truly believe that dolphins would further the development of these children's skills. I started swimming on my own at 3 years old and was swimming on a competitive swim team at 6 years old. I have always said that I am going to swim in college and I have never gave up on that dream, even though I have had lots of hurdles in my way. I may not be Olympic material, but I know I can contribute greatly to any team that I am on. Please give me a shot to full fill my dreams.

WSC is a member of USA Swimming, a nationwide organization which serves as the national governing body for amateur competitive swimming in the United States. WSC is also a member of the Missouri Valley Swimming Local Swim Committee (LSC), a subset of the USA Swimming organization. Active swimmer in club from 2008 to 2012. Prior to WSC swam for YMCA team from 2001 to 2008. Moved from state in 2013.
