I am a Junior in high school. I like to stay active when im not swimming. I like to run in the summer and try to stay in shape most of the year even though I do enjoy my time off to relax. I am a team player and won rookie of the year my freshman year I was the only freshman to go to states that year. I am part of the student leadership council, and strongly believe in being a team player I love to meet and compete with new people. I would like to go to school somewhere in the new england area. i would like to go to a big school because I love to watch sports like football and basketball. I havent exactly narrowed down a major yet but I would like to do something in the medical field or education. I would love to add my talents to help out the aspects of the team. In addition to having completed a successful Junior year I finished with my best time in 100 free and solid time in my 100 back. I was appointed Captain for the girls swim team my Junior year, the second person to do so in the history of the school. This year is my senior year and as Captian of the Swim team, we have faced some personal challenges which have only made us grow stronger as a team. Our relay team broke the school record with a 205.76 in the 200 Im relay. I have personally set out to try swimming the 500 and qualified for states with a 6:09.00. I have never swam this event so I am looking forward to learing how to successfully swim it. I am now perparing for our last weeks of the season.
