Personal Statement
I want to be a part of a competitive college swim team. I have been swimming since I was a young child and have developed wonderful friendships with team mates both past and present. Swimming has taught me to work hard, set goals and dream big. I thrive on the competition the sport offers and plan to use that competitive spirit to one day travel the world and support the global energy needs after obtaining a degree in geology, geophysics or engineering.
