My collegiate goals are to earn my degree in Pre-Physical Therapy while playing soccer for an outstanding soccer program. I feel I would be a good candidate for any program that requires their players to be hard working, dedicated, and committed both on the field and in the classroom. I have always maintained these attributes that were instilled in me by my parents. My father is a long-time football coach who made sure I understood that if I was going to play soccer, I was going to give everything I had to the game.
I have always been a good teammate. I was chosen to be a team captain of my varsity team twice, even when I was an underclassman. I am easy to get along with and fit in well with the team concept needed on any team. I have worked very hard to be the player I am today. An example of my dedication is the fact that I have to drive 80 miles round trip to practice with my club team since I live in small town where club soccer was not available. I have done this for the last five years.
I feel I would be an excellent addition to any college team and look forward to the challenge that collegiate soccer will present.
