Makayla Masini '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Makayla Masini. I am currently a sophomore at Quantico Middle High School, which is located on the military base. I play soccer, basketball, and volleyball. However, soccer is my main sport. In soccer, I usually play forward, but I am very flexible and I play where my team needs me most. In basketball, I play point guard; I like to lead the team the best to my ability. Lastly, in volleyball, I play libero. Volleyball is new to me but I picked it up rather quickly. During all my years of playing sports I have been captain most of the time. I am a strong leader and I try to push my teammates so they can achieve what they are capable of. My passion is sports I have been playing a sport since I was 6, usually I am playing two sports at one time. I know not to "put all my eggs in one basket." So I have a career plan that I am going to do. I would like to go into biomedical science and become a veterinarian. During my down time I love to spend time with animals, either that being my own or others. It would be a dream come true if I could go further in my athletics.
