I just finished my high school season in October 2013 where I have been a starter for the last two years. Our season ended with a loss in the State 3A semi-finals in PKs to the team that went on to win the State title. I scored the only goal of that game. In the three years I have played for this team, we have been in the finals once and the semi-finals twice. My goal for this team next year is to bring home the State 3A championship trophy. I was honored by my high school coaches who named me the “most versatile player” of 2013, based on my ability to play anywhere on the field. The only position I haven’t played for this team is keeper.
My current Club position is wing, left or right depending on the game. I love the game and the friendships I have made playing soccer which is why I wish to continue playing in college. If you spoke to any of my soccer coaches, they would probably tell you I am hardworking, technically sound, creative, versatile and most importantly, coachable. I describe myself as a confident, competitive people-person. My strengths are I have no weak side and I play to win.
I want to attend a four-year college out West. Whether it is Division I, II or III I don't care as long as I have the opportunity to play soccer!
