Hannah Stewart '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was four years old and playing at a college level has always been a dream of mine. One question that I am constantly asking myself is " Are you okay with being average?" The answer will always be no. I won't settle with average because I'm willing to work hard for the things I want.  I value hard work because that's what makes me the type of person and athlete that I am. This value also shows through my education, my goal is to receive a masters degree somewhere in the medical field. I am an aggressive and a versatile player who can lead and communicate with my teammates. To me, being part of a team means committing to each other and always doing what will benefit everyone as a whole. This is the third year I have been named captain for my club team. My coach and I plan on improving the team not just on the field but off.
