I am a good candidate for a team because I'm able to keep my composure in most any situation. I am able to lead my team by example, and am often the one maintaining peace. I know I'm not the best athlete out there, but I always strive to be better. I use other athletes' success as my motivation to get better. I work hard in everything that I do, not only in athletics, but also in academics. School has always come first and always will. I also use my academics as a motivation to do well because I always want to play. I know I won't be physically able to play forever, but I will always be able to keep the knowledge I attain from school to be successful in the future, and that is what's important.
