Gabby Villagrand '18 Recruiting Profile

    Although i'm more than just a soccer player, there is is nothing i enjoy more than the beautiful game. This will be my 7th Year to play with the Challenge Soccer Club in Spring, Texas. This will be my 4th year to play at the premier level.

    I train with my team 3 times a week and in my free time, I work on my skills at home. I excel in skills with the ball, passes, and first touches. Header goals are my specialty. I'm a fast learner and i work hard to improve my weaknesses.

    I also play for HCYA Hurricanes Varsity, which is a home school soccer team. I have helped lead the team to 2 state championships. In addition to soccer, i enjoy being active in my church youth group by attending Youth Confrences, Service projects, and classes. I also work at a shaved ice company called Bahama Buck in Humble, Texas.  All of these experiences have made me a great team leader and player both on and off the field.
