Elena Testerman '12 Recruiting Profile

            I am a 5’7” goalie from El Paso, Texas and will graduate in the 2012 class. I have had various experiences training with top male keepers from various Mexican professional teams, as well as playing with great clubs. This year I was named District 1-5A Academic All District, and was a standout as my club, the El Paso Sol, won the Sandia Cup.

            I am a very dedicated player, who is always the first on the field and the last to leave. I am very competitive and very coachable, and my coaches are always impressed with my love and passion for the game. My pride, dedication, passion, and eagerness to learn are what I bring to any team that I play for.

            Ideally, I would like to attend any college that will allow me to further my education, all the while playing the sport that I love. I am interested in all schools and divisions regardless of location. Financial Aid is an extremely vital factor in my decision making process as my family will have a high need. I would like more than anything to be at a soccer program where I will be utilized and make a contribution early on in my career.
