Katelynn Hodge '13 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'4" midfielder from Waverly, Tennessee and will graduate in the 2013 class at McEwen High School.  I have one year of high school soccer experience. This is because the school I am currently attending does not provide soccer as one of the extracurricular activities.  Instead, it was agreed upon by the school board members that the high schools in Humphreys Co. can co-op with eachother.  

I realize that I have started this recruiting process late, but I still want to pursue playing competitive athletics and am open to explore opportunities at all divisions.  Financial assistance is going to be very important to me in the college selection process as my family will have high need.   Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an impact on the team, whether that be immediate or not.  I am looking for a college where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the field and obtain a degree in chiropractics.  I am open to exploring any schools that have a good medical program.  Location is not an issue.   A Christian environment would be ideal, but not entirely necessary.  It is very important to me that I am able to receive personal attention in the classroom.
