Natalie Lackey '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'5" junior forward from Greenville, SC. I have 12 years of soccer experience, including club, high school, and ODP. I am currently a co-captain of the CESA '93 Premier team and we are ranked #1 in South Carolina and compete against the top teams in the nation in the ECNL. I have received awards such as 1st Team All-State and Super XXII as a freshmen in high school, and have often ended up as leading scorer and/or assister. Preferably, I would like to attend a university where I can play soccer at a competitive level while balancing tough classes. I plan on majoring in communications or business, so I would like to go to a school where those programs are strong. Size is relatively unimportant to me, as I am open to small, private universities as well as large public ones. Although I live in South Carolina, I am interested in schools on the West Coast because I grew up in Washington and Oregon. Of course, I am interested in schools all along the East Coast as well, but not much in the Midwest.
