I have set extremely lofty goals for myself that I plan on accomplishing within the next few years of my life. I am going to go to college and play soccer, and afterwards I want to study medicine. I am not completely sure of what field of medicine I want to go into, but I am positive that I want to become a doctor and be able to change other's lives. I sincerely enjoy volunteering and helping others, which is a big part of my character. I am a hard worker in both academic aspects, and also with soccer. I continuously give my 110% in everything that I do.
I am an honors student at LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI. I am in one AP class right now, and I am taking two AP classes next year. I have a 95.98 weighted average considering I am in honors classes. I have been an honors student every single quarter while in high school. I make it a point to become close to my teachers and show them that I am genuinely interested in their class and doing the best that I possibly can. One of the most important qualities about me is that I have an extremely determined personality and also that I am very dedicated; that's quite simply my character. Another important quality in which I posses is that I am a leader. I have three younger siblings, so I constantly take charge of things around my household and am able to lead them in the right direction. This quality is demonstrated in everything that I do. I am always the person to step up to new challenges and offer new ideas in order to help others, and also myself.
I have been playing soccer since I was four years old. Soccer has essentially become my life. I have played varsity soccer at my high school since freshmen year, and I also play for an Elite Club team. Prior to this elite team, I was the captain of my NEFC team as a U14 player. After a year with that team, I moved up to the NEFC Elite team. We play out of Boston, MA and we are ranked 1st in Massachusetts, and 11 in the Nation. At this point in my life, I am absolutely positive that I want to continue to play soccer in college. I am truthfully excited to be a college recruit, and enthusiastic about what will come in the future. I think college coaches should know that I am a team player and a leader, and I have no trouble getting along with other team members. I easily get along with anyone and everyone that I am with. I grew up with a large family and it has helped me to be a very flexible person; and from this I am able to adapt to many different situations.I truly believe that I am a special recruit for college coaches because of my strong character and determination.
