I have been playing soccer since I was 5 at the recreational level, moving up to challenge at age 9, then the classic level at age 12; currently I play for 96 CASL Premier Ladies in 1st division classic and am a co-captain. My most comfortable position is center defense, either left or right, but I can and have adapted to play every position on the field. My freshman year I was brought up to play on my high school’s varsity team, and was the starting left center defender my sophomore year and was the main vocal presence on the field. This year I plan to continue as a starting center defender and expanding my leadership role. On the field I will give everything I have in order to succeed, and that drive remains in everything I do. I am a selfless teammate, putting the success of the team over my individual wishes, and am always there for my team both on and off the field. I am a fierce competitor, dedicated, aggressive, athletic, outgoing, a natural leader, and very coachable. I love helping others and I find it extremely rewarding to see the younger players that I have mentored grow and develop as players and become more successful in game situations. My academic aspirations are to major in criminology/ criminal justice with a double major or minor in psychology.
