Amanda Boyce '10 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'7" midfielder from Spring Creek, Nevada and I will graduate in the class of 2010. I made the regional ODP team for Northern Nevada and have played on a competitive (club or select) team every year since U10. I was 2nd team defender as a freshman, 1st team utility player as a sophomore, and 2nd team forward as a junior on my high school team. I have also been a varsity starter all 3 years. I generally play center midfield or center forward, to control the center of the game. I am a team captain this year and I am fully dedicated towards all of my teams and teammates. They all look up to me and respect me, as I respect them. I am looking for a college/university where I can compete in soccer and find the best education in my major. I will consider all schools, particularly on academics, but also depending on soccer opportunities. I am planning to major in physical therapy or maybe other options within the medical field. I would love to get playing time, but I am most excited about being coached at a higher level and working hard to become someone who would impact her team.
