Emma Meinking '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a very focused student and player. I've been playing soccer since I was four years old. I'm a very dedicated player on and off the field. Setting goals for myself and not stopping until those goals are achieved.  I am constantly pushing myself to excel and feel that as a teammate it's my responsibility to stay focused and positive for myself and for others. Knowing there is always room for improvement I am always looking for feedback to better myself on and off the field - and feel it's important to take that feedback and run with it. Soccer is a priority in my life knowing that every practice is just as important as any game.

 I think it's important as a person to be well rounded.  I have a variety of interests and the one commonality with those is that my character - loyal, responsible, passionate, caring - is the foundation of all that I do.  I set my mind, and my actions follow, to ensure that my goals are met and that I succeed.
