Madison Clary '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been a soccer player since I was 4 years old. I would like to continue playing at the collegiate level while having the opportunity to receive a quality education, one that will open a lifetime of opportunities. I am primarily a center back but have also played defensive CM as well as attacking CM.  I can be utilized anywhere on the field as a utility player having played many other positions. My passion for the game is what sets me apart from many others.  I don't play soccer, I am a soccer player.  Coaches have acknowledged my "speed off the ball", "my vision of the pitch" as well as my "anticipation" and "tactical knowledge along with the physical ability to carry it out".  I watch matches from all levels on a regular basis paying close attention to strategy, skill and team play in an effort to make myself an all-around better player. It is my ultimate goal to excel in the area of academics while having the opportunity to continue playing the game that I love.
