Paige Goodman '17 Recruiting Profile

     Despite the fact that soccer holds a very special place in my heart; I would like to find a college that not only has a great soccer program, but a college that can give me the education that I need. I would like a college that will set me up to do great things in my career as well as my life once I graduate. I prefer a college that will help me excel in soccer and school.

     I would make a great candidate for any college team because I am always willing to try new things in addition to always giving one hundred percent on and off of the field. I can adapt quickly to new positions and formations which is not easy to do. I have the size, strength, speed, and overall athleticism to set me apart from all of the other recruits. I am very good and serving balls into the box accurately and creating dangerous chances in front of the box as well as from the outside on my crosses. I can serve balls into threatening areas with both my left and right foot, though I prefer right. I am a natural leader and I am very friendly and approachable so if anyone needs my help I can easily lead them into the right direction to the best of my ability. In my academics I have always excelled in history, writing, and reading. I love history because there's always something new you can discover. Reading and writing typically go hand and hand which is probably why I enjoy them so much. I love to write about anything and reading really helps you in everything in life. I am strong in my academics but there is always room to improve, much like soccer. To wrap this all up, soccer has made me who I am today. From day one I have always been hard working, determined, intelligent, kind, and dedicated to not only soccer, but in everything else in my life.
