Motivation and determination are two key aspects an athlete must have in order to be the best they can be. But, of course, this is no walk in the park and I have learned that one can be blessed with God-given gifts, but without those key elements, you will go nowhere. Earlier in my life I was an elite gymnast, I played basketball and ran track, but now my focus is all on soccer. I have worked hard by juggling, running, conditioning, and pushing through minor injuries. All of these things have made me a stronger athlete. My biggest strengths in soccer are my speed, passing, and crossing. I would like to major in exercise science or althletic training and go to a college where I can be challenged as a soccer player. My name is Josie Nieboer, I am a 2014 graduate with a 3.64 GPA, and I want to play at a collegiate level.
