Summer Rhynes '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Summer Rhynes and I am about to begin my senior year at Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge, LA. My GPA is 4.03. I am 5'7" and play both left back and midfielder for EHS and Baton Rouge Soccer. I have 2 years of ODP experience and have played varsity soccer since the 8th grade and have started now for 3 years (District winners all three years!). ;As a sophomore, I was all- district and district defensive MVP.  As a junior, I was all-district Mid fielder and second team All- Metro.  I also run track (4 x 200) and have a personal trainer that I meet with 2-3 times a week to improve my upper body strength. My athletic strengths on the pitch include excellent movement without the ball, understanding of the game as it is played, and have the ability to be "offensive-minded" as a defender as evidenced by my goals this season. Academic reputation is the key factor in my eventual selection of the college I will attend. I plan on pursing a career in health care and also am considering entreprenural business development as well. Colleges with smaller class sizes are preferred as this promotes more involvement. Location of the school is not vital and will consider all levels. I look forward to making an immediate impact on your program and will be the consumate teamate. Thank you Summer Rhynes Class 2013
