RaKara McDowell '15 Recruiting Profile

I have played since I was four years old. My family said I came out of the whom kicking. Throughout the years I have been playing soccer I have succeeded so much. My game, my kicking, my understanding, and my love for the game has grown stronger. My mom has always been my number one fan. My 6th grade year of middle school at Crittenden County Middle School, I was a started for Junior Varsity all the way up to 8th grade. When I started my Freshmen year of High School I started on Varsity. I played medfield or anywhere I am needed. My education in school is around a 3.8 GPA. Always A's and B's. My family and I have always had high goals set for me. As in off to college, playing college ball, and then off to the profession level. The way I found this website is because I was looking at this college, Kentucky Wesleyan College, and this website showed up. I am very happy and lucky. About 5 years ago when I had the chance to play on the high school team as a 5th grader I then noticed I needed to get my head in the game. So now soccer and my education is my number one thing. My life is all about soccer and my education. My family is important too. Seeing that I have five sisters and five brothers. When I started soccer I knew it was something I didn't want to give up.
