Personal Statement
My goal is to make it to America and play for a college! I'm from Sydney, Australia and have been playing soccer with the Wakehurst Football Club since I was 5. I love it! I would be a good candidate for your team because I enjoy the team environment, achieving something with people that become so close to you is literally one of the best feelings.I'm a kind and considerate person, with a strong love for the sport. I also go to the gym to keep my fitness up in the off-season and set myself goals, which helps me stay motivated. I believe I'm easy to talk to, love a good joke ahah, but am also a good listener and take in what other people say and can be serious and focused when needed, with coaches, teachers and friends. I've always been sporty and loved gymnastics and netball which are two sports I participated in when I was younger, before I decided to focus on soccer.I also love the outdoors. I never used to be top of the class in any subject but I've improved my academic results significantly in the last two years as I believe it's important and also because it shows that I can put in the hard effort to achieve results! Always hungry, never satisfied. As soon as I achieve a goal I set a new one...it seems to work for me :)
