Alyssa Richter '13 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'4" and 130 pounds and relatively quick. I know how to use my body to get the ball from other players and to protect the ball. I also am very motivated and an extremely hard worker, and my dream is to play at the college level in soccer. I am a leader on and off the field verbally and in example and my coach has trusted me to be in charge of the varsity defense since my freshman year. Unfortunately my school does not have an IHSAA sanctioned soccer team, making it impossible to obtain,any conference awards, and making it very difficult to find enough staff to keep acurate stats. This last yeat our girl's soccer program was dropped so I played on the boys team. I was the only girl, but I still started and got lots of time. I am open to almost any type of school, as long as they have a good science department due to the fact that my intended major is preveterinary medicine.My goals for soccer is to improve as a player every year, to make a positive impact on my team in any way possible, and to play at the highest level of competition possible.
