Rachel Bowling '12 Recruiting Profile

I'm always on the go! I love to be busy and sports have been in my life since I've been able to walk. I am about 5'4 and 135, but hey who cares about size, the only thing that matters is how much you put into it and if you can get the job done. I am from a very small town in Southern Indiana, where everyone knows everyone and there whole family, no secrets in this town. We have a lot of farmers in my community. I live on the outside of town and love animals, I am in 4-H and love to show rabbits and other animals. I love riding horses and being able to get away from the stress or school and sports. I am OCD about a lot of things, I hate, hate, hate to lose and I always want things done right and on time. I am a clean freak, and I like to organize. I have two little sisters that are also involved in sports. I have to be responsible for them a lot. My family rely's on me for a lot of things, which I don't really mind. School has never really been easy for me, but I manage to get good grades and play sports. I am very out spoken and I let people know what I am thinking and how I feel, I do have somewhat of an attitude, but I try to control and hide it. When I think of college, I imagine it scary and big! I want to go to a not so small college. I want to become a dental hygienist, and play soccer!
