Cybil Johnson I'm 17 and in 12th grade. As a person, if i have problem or anything in the way to stop my dream, I always solve it. All my life I have had struggles through school and couldnt get my grades up and my freshmen year grades were very bad! So last summer I went to the doctor and figured out i have ADHD which means I can't focus. I got put on meds and now I love school and make straight A'S!!! Also my freshmen year I was the back up goalie, and that feeling was something I never wanted to feel again. I worked every single day on my training and did everything I could to make the main spot and beat the other goalkeeper out and she is older then me. AND I DID! I am now the varsity goalkeeper as a sophomore! My dreams and goals are something that are very important to me and nothing will stand in my way! Soccer is my life! Everytime I step on any field I put all my heart and effort into the game. Win or lose I always feel like I have done my team well. I love being part of a team, I stay after almost every practice just to help any of my fellow teammates! I strive to improve everyday, I am a strong, competitive, and have the most heart you have ever seen. My main goal is to be a goalkeeper for a d1 collage. I have always played a sport every season but this year i am dropping all of them just to train for soccer everyday and reach my goal! Also I would like to keep playing soccer after college! A person I look up to the most is Hope Solo. She is very strong women and does not take no for an answer. I look up to her because I relate to the way she acts in many ways! She follows her dreams and just keeps pushing! I also look up to my mother, my #1 fan. Family is something very important and close to me, and supports me in everyway. I grow up in a house with many brothers and sisters. I am the baby of my family and everyone has there opinion for me and that makes me push harder and harder. Every single day I work to improve, there is not one day i do not work on my drills. I live for the sport and have so much heart in and out of the game. Nothing will stop this dream for me!
