Hadleigh Hughes '16 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I started playing soccer, I knew that I wanted to play at the collegiate level.  I always strive to be the best I can be both on and off the field.  I am a hard worker, and am able to maintain a high GPA while still committing myself 120% to being the best athlete I can be.  I am very coachable, and have been privileged to train under some of the best coaches in my area.  They have not only helped refine my soccer skills, but they have instilled within me a great work ethic that I have been able to employ both on the field and in other aspects of my life. 

My strengths include my leg strength, heading ability, using both feet equally, passing and dribbling out of pressure, my leadership, being a team player, and my versatility on the field.  My field awareness is also one of my strengths, but, as with all these skills, it is something I work on daily to improve.  I look forward to becoming a better athlete and honing my skills as I learn from college coaches at the next level. 

I am excited to find the perfect college that combines my academic and athletic aspirations that helps me to become the best person I can be in all areas of my life.  I can not wait to meet all the challenges that being a collegiate scholar athlete presents!
