Camree Stringer '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Camree Stringer. I was born in Charlotte, NC but raised in Columbus, GA. My family and I moved to Columbus when I was 4 years old. I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old. I continued to play mostly co-ed until the end of 5th grade. My parents decided I should take a break from soccer to make sure I kept my grades up to stay in the magnet program. I continued to do well in school so they let me try out for my middle school team in 7th grade. I made the team, but sprain my MCL and didn't get to play that season. That was the worst feeling ever. I realized how strong my love for soccer was and I will never take soccer for granted. The next year I played for my middle school and the Columbus Youth Soccer Club. I've seen an huge improvement since elementary, but I'm not satisfied. I have a lot of goals and I won't give up until I achieve my goals.
