My name is Kaitlyn Svopa and I am from Jupiter, Florida. I am a 2016 graduate and my primary position is Center-Midfield. I have a sincere interest in playing women's soccer at the collegiate level. I am a hard-worker, both on the field and in the classroom. My primary goal is to find a college where I can pursue a degree in either Athletic Training or Physical Therapy and fulfill my passion for playing soccer as I earn my degree. Ask any of my coaches, and I think they will tell you I always work hard--in practice, outside of practice on my own, with private trainers, and until the final whistle blows in a game. I have a"never-give-up" attitude and always challenge myself to do better.
I am 5'4" and weigh 115 lbs. I am a two-year ODP player. I have been the varsity starting center midfielder for my high school team in both my freshman and sophomore years and now again in my junior year. I am also the starting center midfielder for Jupiter United SC. On both teams, I am one of the top ranked players in both goals and assists. In the classroom I challenge myself by taking Advanced Placement and Honor classes, I am also a member of the National Honor Society as well as the National English Honor Society. I play the bassoon for both the Wind Ensemble Concert Band as well as the Orchestra at my school. I feel that I am well-rounded with interests both on and off the field and I understand what it takes to be a student athlete while I continue to prepare for college.
Please review my profile and see if you think I would be a good fit for your school and team.
